London Plumber Prices 2026 — Full Breakdown, No Hidden Extras

The £60 call-out fee covers the engineer attending, diagnosing the fault, and providing a written quote before work begins. It is waived entirely — not discounted, waived — when the job runs over 2 hours. Most emergency repairs (burst pipes, boiler faults, drain clearances) take more than 2 hours, so the majority of attended call-outs qualify for the waiver.

The hourly rate (£95/hr standard plumbing; £105/hr Gas Safe boiler work) covers all labour from the moment work begins. It includes minor consumables — PTFE tape, flux, solder, washers. Materials such as pipe, fittings, taps, or replacement boiler parts are charged separately at our trade rate with no markup added.

Our out-of-hours rates are confirmed before dispatch: Mon–Fri 6pm–10pm (+£35 supplement, £110/hr labour); 10pm–7am (+£50 supplement, £130/hr); Saturdays (+£35, £120/hr); Sundays (+£50, £145/hr); bank holidays (+£65, £150/hr).
