We cover everything from burst pipes and blocked drains to boiler repairs and gas safety certificates — across all 33 London boroughs, seven days a week, including bank holidays.
Every engineer on our team is qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating. Our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered — you can verify any engineer’s Gas Safe status at gassaferegister.co.uk using the card number they carry to every job.

Our Pricing Philosophy
We quote before we start. No exceptions. Our call-out fee is £60 — and it’s waived on jobs that run over 2 hours, which covers most genuine emergency repairs. Labour is charged at £95/hr for general plumbing and £105/hr for gas work, with unsocial-hours rates for evenings, weekends and bank holidays. There are no materials surcharges, no parking charges, no congestion zone add-ons.
We believe the trade’s reputation suffers when customers receive a bill significantly above what they were expecting. Our approach is to give a fixed price on site before touching anything — if the scope changes, we tell you before we proceed, not after.

Accreditations & Standards
All gas work is carried out under Gas Safe registration. Plumbing installations comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 and BS 6700. We handle Water Regulations notifications to Thames Water and other water undertakers as part of notifiable work. Landlord gas safety certificates (CP12) are issued by our Gas Safe registered engineers and stored electronically — certificates available within 24 hours of the inspection.
